In this stage, SGS will verify the factory’s Process Control Plan. This involves helping the client to systemically develop work instructions and standardized operating procedures (SOPs). It will enable clients to manage quality through a system instead of relying on individuals. SGS aims to help clients achieve long term sustainable continuous improvement. |
