Once project goals and schedules are defined, Cause & Effect analysis and Regression analysis will be done to statistically validated root causes of each risk model and deviation process, which will then be a basis for corrective and preventive action plans.

The data analysis tools will also be used to train key production staff. This help equip them to identify and solve similar problems in the future, this is a key basic element for continuous improvement.
